Greetings! My name is Joseph E. Wells II, and I am officially
submitting my name as a candidate for the 2008 – 2010 NCTTA vice –presidency
position. I not going to bore you with one of those, “this is has been my life
long dream speals”. I would like to continue assisting the organization in identifying,
understanding, and achieving its maximum potential.
For the past four years a number of you have seen or gotten
to know me at various competition in several capacities, whether it be
competing or managing.
Let’s take the
opportunity to get to know a little bit more about me. I am 28, and an alumnus

of NCTTA has been very exciting and rewarding. We have accomplished a number of
first in a short period of time, and I would like to think that I had some
contribution to those successes. It is in my nature to finish what I have
